When the Catholic people have pass away peoples in Bing-Kra-teow community, the relative will need to inform the priest immediately. Then the church will gradually ring a bell in many times. So the people in community will automatically know that someone has pass away according to the tone pattern of the bell. Then it is up to the relative whether they want to dedicated merit to death person in their house or in front of the church. Relative will then shower the death body just so the lid of the coffin will be closed but not yet screwed it. Flowers is use to decorate the coffin also with fairy light, relative need to prepare the joss stick to provide neighbors who come for chanting. Then on that evening would held the chanting chapter from the Tripitaka book which catholic called Ceremonial chanting in front of coffin.

     Bing-Kra-teow community who close or know the corpse will gradually come to dedicate the crops with wreath. Usually Catholic style of worship used 1 joss stick or 3 joss stick some people use 2 of candles. They just have to pray to ask forgiven from the death body without obeisance or without sprinkle.
     At about 19.30 p.m. the ceremony will start most of death body relative will be a leader to make a chanting without the priest in this ceremony. It takes about 30 minute. After the ceremony had finished the relative will invite the guest to have dinner before back home or some might stay overnight with chief of that ceremony until the new morning in the last day of worship. The priest will now leader of chanting in the morning ceremony which is the last day of keeping the corpse.
    In the last day of keeping the death body in this ceremony it will be many friend and honor guest come for tonight. So the chief of the ceremony need to make sure their have enough chairs and tables. The ceremony usually take place at about 19.30 p.m. The priest will be a leader to explain the chapter that going to chant. The priest will sprinkle of Holy Water onto the coffin. This usually held for 1 hour, then the guest will join the dinner or they can stay overnight if their want too. Time of chanting is depending on the finance condition of the chief can afford or not if they quite well finance support they would have many day of chanting as much as they like. But one that do not have enough finance support would usually spending about 3, 5, 7 or 9 days.
